Day 7

I failed to blog yesterdays food diary =.= Basically another bad day

Breakfast(9:30am):             Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk + Coffee

Pre-Lunch(12pm):               Porridge + 2x leen go

Lunch(2:00pm):                   half a bowl of instant noodles + egg

Pre-Diner(4:00pm):             Some almonds

Dinner(6:30pm):                  Small bowl of rice, 2x chicken pieces and a lot of aubergines 

Snacks:                                   Tea, Brownie, mochi

Total Calorie Count:               1600cal
