Day 6

Morning again! Hopefully today would be a better day than yesterday. Fingers crossed!! Also jogging tonight!

Breakfast(9:30am):             Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk + Coffee

Pre-Lunch(12pm):                4x Dumplings (Skin removed)

Lunch(2:00pm):                   3x Chinese ‘leen go’ with egg

Pre-Diner(4:00pm):             Home Made Bun

Dinner(6:30pm):                  Small bowl of rice, broccoli and some fish

Snacks:                                    Tea, orange, yogurt, grounara bar, porridge

Total Calorie Count:      1750Cal

And like usual i broke my early on promise to go jogging. But I did manage to get quite a lot of work done, which i’m actually quite proud of. 🙂 Note: I was hungry after dinner thus the late night snack i had :/
