Good Morning! Good Morning to you!!! 😀 Happy Tuesday! Going to rest today. Maybe will do some arm exercises. Will need to get some work done as well! Who knows maybe i might be going salsa tonight?!
Breakfast(9:30am): Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk + Coffee
Pre-Lunch(12pm): Muller corner yoghurt with 2x Digestive biscuits
Lunch(2:00pm): Small bowl of noodle soup
Pre-Diner(4:00pm): Tea and half a bowl of bran flakes
Dinner(6:30pm): Small portion of rice, lots of veg, skinless chicken wings x2, and a salted rib
Snacks: Apple, Squares, 2x pumpkin biscuit and 1/2 homemade raisin bread, chocolate pieces x3, mochi’s and chocolate muffin
Total Calorie Count: 2200Cal
Wow, I never thought I’d pass this figure. 2200? Wow. Kay-Ann you need to learn self control darling. I do have one excuse…it’s emotional eating. (and also trying to get rid of the salted taste of the rib. But today was a complete fail! I failed to do any sort of exercise and failed to eat healthily. =.= Come on!
