Day 4

A new week and and a new start! But not necessary a great start, have been craving for food this morning =.= and have been snacking quite a lot already. But finger crossed (again) I am able to go jogging this afternoon.

Breakfast(9:30am):             Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk + Coffee

Pre-Lunch(12pm):               Home made Pandan Bread, Yogurt and Tea

Lunch(2:00pm):                   Half a plateful of Singaporean Noodles

Pre-Diner(4:00pm):            Half a plateful of Singaporean Noodles

Dinner(6:30pm):                  Small portion of rice, 2x Chicken wings, Veg and 2x Prawns

Snacks:                                      Apple, Mochi, Strawberries, Half home-made baked bun

Total Calorie Count:          1450cal

I ended up jogging at the end of the day! Woohoo!!! Well done, think I deserve a pat on the back 😀 But have been eating a lot like usual. Especially fruits, which is th only thing I am allowing myslef to eat as much as I can, but I’m not too sure is that allowed :/ But all in all a rather good day, despite the fact that my arm and stomach experienced some stitch pain whilst jogging. Come on you can do it!
