Day 7

I failed to blog yesterdays food diary =.= Basically another bad day

Breakfast(9:30am):             Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk + Coffee

Pre-Lunch(12pm):               Porridge + 2x leen go

Lunch(2:00pm):                   half a bowl of instant noodles + egg

Pre-Diner(4:00pm):             Some almonds

Dinner(6:30pm):                  Small bowl of rice, 2x chicken pieces and a lot of aubergines 

Snacks:                                   Tea, Brownie, mochi

Total Calorie Count:               1600cal

Day 6

Morning again! Hopefully today would be a better day than yesterday. Fingers crossed!! Also jogging tonight!

Breakfast(9:30am):             Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk + Coffee

Pre-Lunch(12pm):                4x Dumplings (Skin removed)

Lunch(2:00pm):                   3x Chinese ‘leen go’ with egg

Pre-Diner(4:00pm):             Home Made Bun

Dinner(6:30pm):                  Small bowl of rice, broccoli and some fish

Snacks:                                    Tea, orange, yogurt, grounara bar, porridge

Total Calorie Count:      1750Cal

And like usual i broke my early on promise to go jogging. But I did manage to get quite a lot of work done, which i’m actually quite proud of. 🙂 Note: I was hungry after dinner thus the late night snack i had :/

Day 5

Good Morning! Good Morning to you!!! 😀 Happy Tuesday! Going to rest today. Maybe will do some arm exercises. Will need to get some work done as well! Who knows maybe i might be going salsa tonight?!

Breakfast(9:30am):             Bran Flakes with semi-skimmed milk + Coffee

Pre-Lunch(12pm):               Muller corner yoghurt with 2x Digestive biscuits

Lunch(2:00pm):                  Small bowl of noodle soup

Pre-Diner(4:00pm):           Tea and half a bowl of bran flakes

Dinner(6:30pm):                Small portion of rice, lots of veg, skinless chicken wings x2, and a salted rib

Snacks:                                   Apple, Squares, 2x pumpkin biscuit and 1/2 homemade raisin bread, chocolate pieces x3, mochi’s and chocolate muffin

Total Calorie Count:     2200Cal   

Wow, I never thought I’d pass this figure. 2200? Wow. Kay-Ann you need to learn self control darling. I do have one excuse…it’s emotional eating. (and also trying to get rid of the salted taste of the rib. But today was a complete fail! I failed to do any sort of exercise and failed to eat healthily. =.= Come on!

Day 4

A new week and and a new start! But not necessary a great start, have been craving for food this morning =.= and have been snacking quite a lot already. But finger crossed (again) I am able to go jogging this afternoon.

Pre-Lunch(12pm):               Home made Pandan Bread, Yogurt and Tea

Lunch(2:00pm):                   Half a plateful of Singaporean Noodles

Pre-Diner(4:00pm):            Half a plateful of Singaporean Noodles

Dinner(6:30pm):                  Small portion of rice, 2x Chicken wings, Veg and 2x Prawns

Snacks:                                      Apple, Mochi, Strawberries, Half home-made baked bun

Total Calorie Count:          1450cal

I ended up jogging at the end of the day! Woohoo!!! Well done, think I deserve a pat on the back 😀 But have been eating a lot like usual. Especially fruits, which is th only thing I am allowing myslef to eat as much as I can, but I’m not too sure is that allowed :/ But all in all a rather good day, despite the fact that my arm and stomach experienced some stitch pain whilst jogging. Come on you can do it!

Day 3

Good Morning!!!! 😀 Feeling nice and energized today! Went for a morning jog for around 3miles;) But i didn’t last as long as i wanted, took a few breaks in between as well. :/ Oh well, I’m sure I can train for it!!! Tried to do some ab training and yoga exercises afterwards; didn’t last too long as i was tired already :p. Good Day!!!

Lunch(1:30pm):                     Small bowl of Singapore Noodles

Pre-Diner(4:00pm):             Nature Valley Bar

Dinner(6:30pm):                   Small bowl of rice, Lots of Gai Lan, Half a roast Pigeon (It was soo good!), 2x Chicken and 2x Lobster =.=

Snacks:                                       Home made Pandan bread, Digestive Biscuit, Sharron Fruit, Apple and Mochi

Total Calories:                  1850cal =.=

I over did it today 😦 End up going for a dinner party so there wasn’t an excuse not to eat when there was so much yummy food placed in front of me. :p Really bad. Aiya ya…
